This Blog is for the residents of Pawnee Hills to discuss any matters they would like to. The HOA board refused to start one indicating it would be too negative. We are all adults and certainly we can communicate on an adult level. This is not meant to be a complaint board but a discussion board. Do you have an idea that will help the community? I noticed that the Pawnee Hills sign was given a new stain job. That is good but it was either done improperly or is not finished yet. The brown stain was allowed to dribble all over the white lettering. The white lettering needs to be painted and brightened up now. Lets get the job done right.
It was wonderful to see today that the Pawnee Hills sign restoration has been completed. The white lettering was given the attention that it needed and it looks as good as when it was new. Thank you to the person in charge and the hoa for attending to that.
Today I noticed there is a new locked board in the mail-house for the HOA to use to put notices for their events, i.e. Coffee Club. Why can't they provide one for the community so our notices don't get torn down? Certainly there is enough in our budget for that. We could have a time frame allowance for each notice.
